Homework

All children will be expected to undertake a period of homework each day and the school provides a homework club after school three times per week. Students are also encouraged to use the excellent library facilities on site for general research and homework. The library is open to students most lunch-times and after school and has excellent study facilities. In Years 7, 8 and 9 there will be a minimum of 30 minutes homework per day for all students although, in practice, for many there will be more than 30 minutes. In Years 10 and 11 the amount of private study and homework will be determined by the needs of the courses being followed, in any event it is likely to be significantly more than 30 minutes per day.
